Practyce was formed with the heartfelt intention to create a world-class online yoga and wellness classroom accessible to anyone, anywhere, anytime. As a division of Spiraledge, Inc. (“Spiraledge”), we take a holistic approach to enable natural methods and ecosystems that promote healthy living.

Practyce provides a subscription service (the “Service”) that allows our members to access video, audio and other yoga and wellness content (the “Content”) streamed over the Internet to computers, mobile phones, tables and other devices.

At Practyce we are committed to protecting your privacy. We have created this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) to make sure you know what information we collect, how we use it and how you can manage it. By using the Practyce Website (the “Site”), you expressly consent to the collection, storage, disclosure and use of your Personal Information (as defined below) as we have described in this Privacy Policy. Because your privacy matters to us, please take your time reviewing this Privacy Policy.

WHAT KINDS OF INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

If you do not want this type of information to be made publicly available, please do not submit it to us or to the Site.

  • Activity Information: In order to provide the best possible Service and to allow us to make certain internal reports and make recommendations, we collect aggregate information about the use of the Service, including information about users accessing the Site, such as internet protocol addresses, browser type, browser language, referring / exit pages and URLs, other browser history, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, the date and time of your visit, and other technical information.
  • Social Media Account Information: If you choose to connect your social media account to the Site, the social media platform may share Personal Information with us about your use of the social media platform. This information may include your profile information such as name and email address. Please refer to the social media platform’s privacy settings to control how your information is shared with us and other third parties.
  • Employment Application Information: If you apply for employment with Spiraledge, we will collect your name, work history, references and other Personal Information relevant to your employment application. We will not use your information for purposes other than evaluating and processing your employment application.
  • Cookies: When you visit the Site, we send one or more cookies - a small file containing a string of characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. Cookies collect the date and time of your visit, your registration information, and other technical information.
  • Interactions with Customer Service: When you interact with customer service we collect Personal Information necessary to provide you with customer service and support such as the date, time and reason for contacting us, transcripts of any chat conversations, and if you call us, your phone number and call recordings.
  • To Make Purchases: If you make a purchase, we will collect your payment information, such as your credit or debit card information and your billing address.

We are passionate about creating engaging and customized experiences for you and we use all of the information we collect to help support and improve the Service.   • Promoting EverydayYoga.com: We may use your Personal Information to promote the programs, products and services of EverydayYoga.com which is an affiliated company.

  • Employment application information: If you apply for employment with Spiraledge , we will collect your name, work history, references and other Personal Information relevant to your employment application. We will not use your information for purposes other than evaluating and processing your employment application.
  • Aggregated information: We may share aggregate, anonymize or de-identified information about users with third parties for marketing, advertising, research or similar purposes.

HOW IS THIS INFORMATION SHARED?

We will only share your Personal Information as we may disclose to you at the time we collect it, with your consent or as described below:

  • With our vendors: We work with vendors that help us provide the Site and Service. We may share Personal Information with our vendors for website hosting, professional services, human resources management, customer service, e-mail delivery, auditing and providing the Service. We may also engage vendors to provide marketing, advertising, communications, infrastructure and IT services, tech support, to personalize and optimize our Service, to process credit card transactions or other payment methods, to provide customer service, to collect debts, to analyze and enhance data (including data about users’ interactions with our Service), and to process and administer consumer surveys.   • With our online store provider: Our online store, Shop.Practyce.com, is hosted by EverydayYoga.com You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Site may include having your Personal Information and Order Information transferred to and stored by EverydayYoga.com or stored by EverydayYoga.com on our behalf pursuant to its privacy policy, which is available at https://www.everydayyoga.com/pages/privacy-policy.
  • With our credit card processor: If you place an order with us directly over the telephone, we will collect the Personal Information that is necessary to process your transaction and we may share it with Stripe or other companies providing similar services, to help us process your payment card information securely. We do not store any of your financial or credit card information.
  • With EverydayYoga.com: We may provide your Personal Information to EverydayYoga.com which is an affiliate of our company. EverydayYoga.com may use your Personal Information to provide you with marketing information regarding its programs, products and services.   • With background check providers: If you apply for employment with Spiraledge, we will collect your name, work history, and other Personal Information relevant to your employment application. We may share your employment information with companies who conduct background and credit checks. We will not use your information for purposes other than evaluating and processing your employment application.

COOKIES AND OTHER DATA COLLECTION TECHNOLOGY

We use cookies and other Data Collection Technology (as defined below) to help us provide, protect and improve the Service. Cookies are small pieces of text used to store information on web browsers. Our policy on “Do Not Track” signals: California’s Online Privacy Protection Act requires website operators to disclose how they respond to web browser’s “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signals. If you are an Account holder, you can manage your Personal Information in your Account settings and profile page. If you purchase our products through EverydayYoga.com, you can manage your Personal Information in your account settings as described within EverydayYoga.com’s privacy policy. You may also contact us directly if you wish to manage the personal information we may hold about you.

You may change any of your Personal Information in your Account by editing your profile within your Account or by sending an e- mail to us at the e-mail address set forth below. If you believe that any Personal Information we are holding about you is incorrect or incomplete, you can also request that we correct or supplement such data. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We take reasonable securities and precautions intended to protect your Personal Information that we collect. Unfortunately, no system or online transmission of data is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted across the Internet. Please note that your Personal Information will be stored and processed on servers in the United States. The laws on holding personal data in the United States differ from the laws of other countries.
