In this therapeutic lunar flow class, you and your partner will learn to connect basic lunar AcroYoga poses with smooth footing transitions for a full flying massage session. For a sweet surrendering yet energizing practice, both partners will explore poses like Posterior Twists, Buddha Toss, and Bow Rotations to help each other enter a flow state.
