A gratitude meditation for the aura. Considered the 8th Charka, or 7th of 10 bodies, in Kundalini Yoga, the aura is part of the electromagnetic field that surrounds us, acting as a vessel for our life force. The aura shields us from negativity and attracts positivity. When it is strong, you will naturally cultivate feelings of security and confidence, which shine through your entire being. However, when the aura is weak, it can lead to uncertainty, insecurity and illness.
Kundalini incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning "truth is my identity." The goal is to improve the flow of prana, build physical vitality and increase consciousness.
Level 1-2 classes continue to build upon fundamentals and practical knowledge. Some new postures, and understandings about the shape and function of the pose, and Yoga ideologies will be introduced to enhance your foundation understanding.
