In Day 13 of the Fortify & Flourish Fall Series, this breathing practice stimulates the left nostril and has a cooling effect. It is also said to be good for those with high blood pressure. Take a few minutes to practice this short video and notice what effects it has on you. You can practice this breath technique seated on the floor or in a chair. I demonstrate with a blanket and bolster but they are optional for this practice.
