Learn to understand the subtler, energetic anatomy of Ten Bodies through the Kundalini Yoga lineage to activate your fullest potential. This class will work with the eight body, the Pranic Body, charging our life force to enhance our most potent vitality through movement, mudra, pranayama, mantra, and meditation.
Kundalini incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning "truth is my identity." The goal is to improve the flow of prana, build physical vitality and increase consciousness.
Level 1 classes introduce basic Yoga postures, breathing fundamentals and instruct how to work with the body in order to access subtleties of the mind. Yoga props and use will be introduced, as well as Sanskrit terms for postures, and breath-work.
