This practice is PURE CORE! More of a Yoga Workout then a Yoga Flow. For anyone looking to dive straight into the workout to build core a strong core, this one is for you! You will need a block or a pillow, anything that you can squeeze between your legs.
Vinyasa is a dynamic system of practicing asana by linking breath to continuous movement in sequence often built around sun salutations. An attentive ear and some knowledge of basic yoga postures are recommended to keep pace with the flow.
Level 2 classes continue building on your working knowledge and physical fundamentals with challenging sequences and flows that evolve your practice into moving meditation. In this level, classes may introduce advanced posturing and philosophy concepts to expand your internal experience.
