This Yin Yang Yoga practice combines the benefits of dynamic sequences with passively holding yoga poses to energize the legs. Start by building leg strength with active standing postures and finish with fascia release as you stretch the deeper connective tissue to enhance leg circulation. A pair of socks at hand during the yin portion of the class is optional.
