In Yin Yoga you are holding passive postures over an extended period of time to work on the deeper connective tissue of the body ( e.g. fascia, tendons, ligaments, joints). In this 60-min practice we are working through all areas of the body, legs, hips, upper body and shoulders. Perfect class to release stress and tension.
