In this 30-minute fitness yoga class, you'll experience a harmonious fusion of yoga, strength training, and cardio. While we suggest adding some strength resistance training with a pair of 2-5lb dumbbells, it's optional, and students can participate without any weights.
Yoga Fusion blends various styles of asana with other forms of ancient practice. In this style, fluid movements are woven into a flow to intensify postures, move prana, build lean muscle, strength, and control for asana practice.
Level 2-3 classes assume familiarity with Yoga postures, Sanskrit terminology, and overall theory. These classes are designed to enhance your physical practice and attention to detail by incorporating challenging sequences and variations that encourage you to play with your edge.
