Dustin started practicing yoga after more than a decade of study of Chinese martial arts. From that discipline, a love of detailed and hard work was fostered and transferred to the practice of yoga. Dustin studies and teaches biomechanics and alignment. His classes are vigorous, detail-oriented, and good-humored. From his students, Dustin expects rigor, caution, and attentive listening and watching.
