Marni is a 500 RYT yoga and meditation instructor who has been practicing for over 20 years. Her story began with her experiencing chronic pain and anxiety from the stressful corporate world of advertising design in New York City. Her true passion for yoga had her enrolled in two 200-hour yoga certification training hoping the continued education would help her improve her health. Curious about self-healing and aligning her thoughts with her wellness goals,  she attended a retreat around meditation and neuroscience. With that knowledge to complete her wellness puzzle, she combined meditation and yoga in her self-healing practices and finally noticed a positive shift in her healthy and well-being.

Marni is also knowledgeable in Applied Neuroscience and Brain Health along with Yoga Nidra, Reiki, and Yoga for Seniors. With a diverse background in wellness, her teaching philosophy is to empower students to listen to their bodies using breath, meditation, and mindful movement to cultivate self-awareness and activate their innate potential for self-healing.
