This full-body mobility practice will get you primed and ready for the day. Your spine will work through flexion, extension, rotation, and a gentle wavelike motion on repeat to fully mobilize those intricate muscles along the spine and wake up the muscles in the back body. There will be plenty of hip opening and back body posture drills.
