In this spine mobility session, the focus will be on enhancing the range of movement in your neck, shoulders, and spine through dynamic poses, which include Standing Spinal Rolls, Runner's Lunge Twists, and Down Dog to Up Dog. These poses help to increase the mobility and flexibility of your spine while also improving posture and reducing stiffness.
Yoga Fusion blends various styles of asana with other forms of ancient practice. In this style, fluid movements are woven into a flow to intensify postures, move prana, build lean muscle, strength, and control for asana practice.
Level 1-2 classes continue to build upon fundamentals and practical knowledge. Some new postures, and understandings about the shape and function of the pose, and Yoga ideologies will be introduced to enhance your foundation understanding.
