Signa is a veteran teacher with over three decades of experience teaching yoga. Her journey began at age 18 with Hatha Iyengar Yoga, and she continued practicing Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Hatha, Bhakti, and Tantra for many years. She is well-loved for her myriad ways of helping people experience the depths of yoga and her skillful ability to weave pranayama, breathwork, mantra, yoga philosophy, and sound medicine into her classes.

In addition to yoga, Signa practices dance, massage therapy, transformational breathwork, and sound healing. She holds a Master’s in Teaching and is a certified Natural Health Educator. Some of her strengths in yoga are alignment and form, mantra meditation, breath and energy work, and customizing practices for just about any need. Her experience with various lineages inspires many and brings a richness to her teachings.
