This mellow flow practice will encourage your muscles to loosen through playful movement to help you feel holistic well-being in your body and mind.
Vinyasa is a dynamic system of practicing asana by linking breath to continuous movement in sequence often built around sun salutations. An attentive ear and some knowledge of basic yoga postures are recommended to keep pace with the flow.
Level 1 classes introduce basic Yoga postures, breathing fundamentals and instruct how to work with the body in order to access subtleties of the mind. Yoga props and use will be introduced, as well as Sanskrit terms for postures, and breath-work.
